Third Putzmeister Mixokret M 740 DHBS Stage V for BEB Estrichbau GmbH in Beckum
Ahmet Canakci founded his own company in 2012 and currently employs 25 staff members. He can look back on nearly 20 years of professional experience and, as such, has a lot of experience when it comes to machine technology. BEB Estrichbau GmbH in Beckum in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia already ordered its third Mixokret M 740 DHBS Stage V screed conveyor from Putzmeister in 2022, which was delivered by long-standing Putzmeister dealer Friman in Augustdorf.
The team was instructed in the new machine on a construction site in Bielefeld, where the first opportunity for the Mixokret to demonstrate its power was pumping cement screed up to the 18th floor of a new building.
But why is it that Ahmet Canakci uses the Mixokret screed conveyors from Putzmeister in his daily work?
It’s the power and quality of the machines combined with the on-site service provided by his dealer that clinch the deal for him.
The Mixokret M 740 DHBS Stage V is equipped with a modern diesel engine (D) of the current emissions level V, a hydraulic feeder (HB) for working more efficiently and a scraper (S) for easier filling of the feeder. These allow it to achieve a delivery rate of 5 m³/h, which corresponds to an improvement of more than 30% compared to the basic machine in the 740 class, the M 740 DH. With the 36.4 kW three-cylinder turbo diesel engine from Deutz, it can achieve a horizontal reach of up to 180 m and a delivery height of up to 90 m.
